Mike Brooks (person#123642) is a voice actor associated with Animax dubs

While Michael Brooks (person#56391) is an employee of dubbing studio Bang Zoom who primarily does Re-Recording Mixing for English dubs.

Both have been interchangeably credited as the other a handful of times (Mike has 3 staff credits that belong to Michael while Michael has one role listed belonging to Mike) so they definitely need to be split and made distinct from the other.
