Kazuya Shiotsuki Added to Otakon 2023 Guest List

Washington, D.C. (June 29, 2023) – Kazuya Shiotsuki will be a guest at Otakon 2023, according to Otakorp Inc. He is a Chief Animation Director.

Shiotsuki is a character designer & animator for the world-renowned animation studio Shaft. Having been involved in a variety of the studio's most well-known works, recently he worked as the Chief Animation Director for the anime version of "The Quintessential Quintuplets."

For Shaft, Shiotsuki has also worked on “Hidamari Sketch” (1st-4th seasons), “Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl,” “Puella Magi Madoka Magica,” “Nisekoi,” “Gourmet Girl Graffiti,” “March comes in like a lion” (1st & 2nd seasons), “Assault Lily Bouquet,” and “Luminous Witches.”
