Bandai Namco Establishes 2 Chinese Subsidiaries for Toys, Amusement Centers

Company now has 3 subsidiary companies based in China
Bandai Namco Holdings announced on Wednesday that it plans to establish two Chinese subsidiary companies next year to expand its business in China. It will establish Bandai Namco Toys & Hobby (Shanghai) in February, and then Bandai Namco Amusement (Shanghai) in March. Both new companies will be subsidiaries to Bandai Namco Holdings China.
Bandai Namco Toys & Hobby (Shanghai) will handle toy, figure, and model sales in China, while Bandai Namco Amusement (Shanghai) will handle planning and management for amusement establishments.
Bandai Namco Holdings already has its Bandai Namco Entertainment (Shanghai) subsidiary in China to handle its smartphone app business.
